Could not have had a better experience! I was out of town and needed to order a last-minute sympathy bouquet. I placed the order online the evening before, which was seamless, and the next morning spoke with Amanda about a change in delivery plans which she was happy to accommodate. She was very patient with my decision to provide only my phone number and not the recipient's, even though it caused her a bit of hassle. And the recipient loved the flowers, which were gorgeous and cheering.
